By accessing or using Music Bees (musicbees.saktanber.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Music Bees is a personal, non-commercial web application that allows users to listen to music and watch videos synchronously in shared rooms. The service is provided free of charge, as-is, with no uptime guarantees.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Music Bees. By signing in, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account & authentication

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Share or play content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.

6. Content

Music Bees does not host media content. It facilitates playback of content from third-party platforms (YouTube, Spotify). You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with those platforms' terms of service.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Music Bees is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Music Bees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at any time without prior notice.

10. Changes to terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
